CCA School Secretary Application

Responsibility Statement:
The responsibility of the school secretary is to provide administrative support for CCA. They will assist the administrator in various capacities as directed.
Key Result Areas:
• You will be responsible to facilitate communication between parents and staff. This may include typing emails for teachers or answering questions for parents when the teacher is unavailable.
• You will assist with planning and coordinating school and staff events. This will include making calls to set up field trips or staff events, etc.
• You will be responsible for maintaining school records as directed by the school administrator.
• You will be responsible to manage and purchase school supplies. This will include school store supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The school secretary should have a good attention to detail and solid organizational skills. They should be a self-starter and able to work well on their own once given instructions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. The secretary should be proficient with computers and would ideally have experience with Microsoft Office.
